Welcome to Craig's RV Park. Please abide by these rules and use consideration for your neighbors.
Activities and lifestyle at Craig's were designed with older people in mind.
We welcome camping units with children for periods not to exceed 14 days during our Winter Season. Children must be supervised at all times while here.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Pets are welcome, but only allowed to reside in the100, 200, 300, 400 and 700 sections. Owners must follow these rules at all times:
- All pets must be leashed (connected to the pet & your hand) and kept under control.
- NO aggressive animals. (See restricted Breed List).
- Owners must promptly clean up after pets at all times.
- Pets are allowed on streets and Dog park.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool area, rec hall, bathrooms or other residents yards.
- Pets are not to be left unattended outside of your home, tethered or otherwise, at any time.
- Pets must be approved by office management.
- Current vaccination records must be on file in the office.
- Portable dog fences are only allowed around your patio, not on the grass and they cannot be higher than 36" tall.
Laundry is open 8am - 10pm (8:30pm last load). It is located on 1st floor of the Rec Hall. Please be considerate and remove laundry promptly from machines so others do not have to wait.
Clothes hanging is only permitted outside the Rec Hall and not allowed on your unit or your site. A community clothes line area is provided near the clubhouse 2nd floor ramp
Please park on your lot. Do not park in vacant lots or in the street. Additional parking is available between the office and the shuffle board.
The pool is for the enjoyment of our registered guests. Swim at your own risk. Pool rules are posted poolside, Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. NO pets or glass beverages/bottles of any kind inside pool area. No Alcohol allowed in the pool area.
Campfires are permitted only if in an elevated fire pit with a screened lid. Fires may not be left unattended at any time.
Check with the office for current local Fire Restrictions.
Firearms must be registered with office management. Display or discharge on property are prohibited
Immoral or improper conduct, drunkenness, loud and annoying parties or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
Please respect your neighbors.
All park tables, chairs and equipment are to remain in the clubhouse. They are not to be taken out or borrowed.
Trees and shrubs are the parks property. Please do not cut or trim them without permission from management.
Shuffleboard courts are located by the Rec Hall and close at 10:00 pm. Children under 16 must be
accompanied by a responsible adult.
Picnic tables are reserved for RV monthly residents only. We are not required to provide permanent
residents with one.
Sale of units with ownership transfer of any unit with the intention of remaining in the park must be approved by office management.
Mobile Home and recreational vehicle parks regulations are available in the park office for viewing.
Rates are based on two people, one camping unit and one tow vehicle or auto per site.
Check out is 11 am (but not before 7am). Check in is before sunset or 6:00 pm as we escort to site. Unless otherwise arranged with the office management. If you wish to extend your stay, check with the office for availability of your site
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
SPEED LIMIT is 10 MPH throughout the entire park
All Fees to be Paid Up front.
All guests must register at the office. Residents are responsible for the actions of their guests. Resident Guests may not stay longer than 14 consecutive days or a total of 28 days per year.
Trash must be placed and tied in plastic bags and disposed of in the Compactor. (No furniture or appliances.)
Trash and Recycling are located by at the end of the main street for moth North and south sections.
NO vehicle repairs (including oil changes) or disabled vehicles will be permitted within the park.
Sites must be kept neat and clean at all times. No storage of any kind is permitted around or under trailers/RVs. Any unit remaining on site year-round we request that they be properly tied down and skirted within 30 days.
Any modifications or additions to your unit (including utility sheds) must be pre-approved by management and be consistent with local building and zoning codes. Work must be done by a licensed, insured contractor and applicable permits with copies filed at the office.
Rental, subleasing or loaning of unoccupied units is not permitted.
Any unit deemed to be too old or improperly maintained may not be permitted to remain in the park.
Craig's RV Park will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or tenants.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ANYTIME.
